"Mack and team were amazing from initial contact through post installation follow up.
Mack explained the system to us and answered all of our questions prior to our decision to go with the salt free unit. We are very pleased with the results. Our water is so much cleaner and better tasting. No more chemical build up in our sinks or shower/tub.
We did have a minor hiccup after installation and the only reason I mention it is because of the phenomenal response and customer service provided by both Mack and John. They both immediately resolved the issue and for that I give them 5+ stars. Most companies are unresponsive after the install, but these guys know customer service!
